How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery time depends on the type of jewellery you order.

Without personalisation (ready to ship)
These pieces are ready to ship. Your order arrives within 7–10 working days.

With personalisation
These pieces are made especially for you and finished by hand, from start to finish, with your personal details. That’s why they take a little longer. Total delivery time is 14–16 working days.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Personalised jewellery can’t be returned unless it’s faulty – in which case we’ll of course find a solution.

Is the jewellery water-resistant, and does it keep its colour?

Yes – our jewellery is made from quality stainless steel with an 18K gold PVD coating. It’s 100% water-resistant and keeps its colour, even when worn every day in the shower or at the pool.

Do I need a guarantee certificate?

No certificate needed. Your order is automatically covered by our 12-month guarantee – your order confirmation is all you need.

Can I change my personalisation after ordering?

It depends on the situation.

Personalised jewellery:
As long as production hasn’t started, we can still make changes. Email us as soon as possible at support@kalmeris.com and we’ll see what we can do.

Jewellery without personalisation:
As long as your order hasn’t shipped, we can cancel or change it. Again, please get in touch as soon as possible.

Once an order is in production or has shipped, it can no longer be changed.

Does the jewellery look like the photos?

Yes, our photos show the product accurately. Depending on your screen settings, colours may look slightly different, but the jewellery is exactly as shown.
