Free UK delivery
Delivery is free on every order to the United Kingdom. No minimum spend, no hidden delivery fees.
Delivery times
- Without personalisation: 7–10 working days.
- With personalised birthstones: 14–16 working days. This includes the time to make your piece and to deliver it.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Times are counted from the day your order is confirmed. They are estimates and may be slightly longer during peak periods such as Christmas.
Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking link. You can also follow it from your account or our Track Your Order page.
Orders with several items
If you order more than one piece, they may arrive in separate parcels. Each parcel has its own tracking.
Delivery address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away at Support@kalmeris.com and we will correct it if your order has not shipped yet.
Late or missing parcel?
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, or tracking shows it as delivered but you cannot find it, contact us at Support@kalmeris.com with your order number. We will look into it with the carrier and find a solution: a replacement or a refund.
