Where is my order?
As soon as your order ships, we send you an email with your tracking link. Simply click it to follow your parcel to your door.
Can't find the email?
- Check your spam or promotions folder.
- Log in to your account to see your order status and tracking.
- Or email us at Support@kalmeris.com with your order number (it starts with #) and we will send it to you.
When will it arrive?
- Without personalisation: 7–10 working days.
- With personalised birthstones: 14–16 working days, including making your piece.
Personalised pieces are made for you before they ship, so your tracking link may arrive a few days after your order. This is completely normal.
